The Minnesota Vikings are creating depth in the secondary, signing former Chicago Bears cornerback Zack Bowman to a one-year deal.Antoine Winfield will play mostly in the slot, with Chris Cook and Asher Allen handling receivers out wide.
Bowman boasts good size at 6'1" and 196lbs. He had a breakout season in 2009 with six interceptions. The 27-year-old was benched three games into 2010 and started one game last season, finishing with 15 tackles.
