BRETT FAVRE IS BACK

Remember when Brett Favre "texted" teammates and claimed he was retiring? News outlets everywhere covered the rumor all day and some thought this was actually it for #4. I wasn't buying it.

Yesterday it became "official" that Brett Favre is back. After Ryan Longwell, Jared Allen, and Steve Hutchinson made a surprise Monday night visit to Hattiesburg, Mississippi, the 40-year old quarterback joined the players for a plane ride back to Minnesota. News channels filmed Brett walk out of the plane and into a black SUV. There has been no news conference yet but there is one planned for after practice.
